PROJECT 1~ FOOTPRINT INTRODUCTION

Description: Within this assignment I used paper and crayons to create a softball as I played the game all through high school and I now play slow pitch. I also glued on a dart flight as I throw darts in a league here in Aberdeen. Above my name there is a pacifier clip to represent my daughter, Leah. Finally, there is a cutout of Idaho with an arrow towards South Dakota because I moved from Caldwell, Idaho to Aberdeen, South Dakota about eight years ago.

Extension Activity: After the students complete their footprints, we can incorporate Language arts as well. The students will write a short paragraph explaining their footprints and then it will be shared with the rest of the class.
